These fresh ingredients are of utmost quality are ready to fry, grill, poach or roast.
You can also serve them raw as sashmi or sushi. These products are all wild. The fish is hook and line caught.

PARTY TRAYS
Frank's Smoke House is also your best address for original and exciting
party trays. We can make 3 different sizes. All of the products come out
of our smokehouse and kitchen and are presented on tastefully decorated
trays. We only use our top quality smoked fish and meats and don't use
potato based salads to fill up the trays. Please don't hesitate to let
us know if If you have any special wishes or requests for a specific product
such as smoked eel of wild salmon. We will be happy to take your particular
needs into account.
A typical fish tray contains smoked salmon, eel filet, smoked and
marinated tuna, halibut, warm smoked salmon with pesto and horseradish, "Entertainment" salad with king crab meat and dutch shrimp, and mackerel filet.

A typical meat tray contains ribeye carpaccio, pastrami, duck
breast with thyme, wild boar ham, smoked chicken with pumpkin chutney, and turkey breast
marinated with pesto, sausage and paté
